As enraged as we are right now, we are in no position and have no long term stategy to do such a thing..I'm not saying Iraq isn't a success, but it isn't a cakewalk either...Saudi Arabia is much larger, larger population and much more militant!!!! Do you propose to take out the current leadership and replace them with what? I'm not trying to deflect your anger, but I just think occupying their land is not going to resolve things...I'm don't know what the answer is, so I'm not going to offer any suggestions, but occupying their land won't do any good unless we plan to wipe out the population....

And there is no way we will do that until we've been nuked first.

BULL> It's only 25 mill same as Iraq out of which 6 mill are expat workers.

SO, we are SCARED of Saudi because they're militants.

I"m glad your thinking wasn't around when the Nazis and the Nipponese were on the warpath.

The best way to deal with the Saudi leadership is to threaten to stop protecting them. The leadership in Saudi is moderate AND beholden to the Wahhabists in their country. If we go away, Saudi becomes MUCH more militant and their leadership will be killed. So, let's walk away...or threaten it.

Keep em in a cage and let them eat their own.
