One thing about the IDF that always puzzled me and I've always though was very foolish. The IDF seems to do nothing about or even encourage young men throwing stones at them. It does nothing for the IDF and gives the rock throwers an outlet for their violence and a stage to help ramp up that violence to something much more serious.

The IDF should give notice and then start shooting the stone throwers, especially now that they are also throwing bombs.
