Noticed three truths after reading the NYPost
1) It's still a rag.
2) Alec Baldwin is real nice guy to his former wife, to charities, to the President, and to the troops that protect his lifestyle.
3) The movie Intolerable Cruelty is becoming more and more a documentary of truth than a light-black comedy. Is there a genre called light- black comedy?
Seems like the tie business was hers also. My recollection was she was an aerobics instructor when they met.
Yeah they mention all of Limbaugh's problems, but fail to mention her failed mag. I am sure it was tough on her to fail so pubically when he was publically successful.
Personally I have no view of her and think this is meaningless in terms of the public Limbaugh. As long as he did not lie under oath about his marriage/divorce, I am not sure why this information is more than just interesting but irrelevant to those of us not involved.
I sure hope Rush doesn't have any really strange sexual proclivities that can be brought out in her tell all!

I imagine he will have to pay her at least 20 million not to write a book. If she were to write a book she would likely get an advance of at least five million plus launch a celebrity career which would provide her with millions for years to come.
I recall last year Harrison Ford had to pay is ex-wife 100 million. Rush must be in the same financial league as Ford and Marta has hit the Jackpot.
What's next ...a book, perhaps?
We may be witnessing the birth of the global poster child representing how to turn a dime spent on the internet into millions.
It's a bit different. Harrison Ford was married to his wife for many more years. I think close to 30.
I can't believe that you guys automatically think it's her fault. That's the mentality that makes women leave men.

She was also the one who 'designed' the ties he had for awhile. I think the magazine lasted 2 issues, if that.

I'm a woman disgusted with the possibility (and I repeat...possibility) that Marta would use threats for financial gain.
I believe it's called blackmail.
In divorce court they look at money made during the marriage. During their Marriage Rush signed a 250 million dollar contract.
Half of 250 million is quite a pay day.
I don't think Marta is stupid enough to go public with a divorce. Rush is a master of media and can make it bigger than O.J.'s murders and would have fun too!
If you go by statistics, close to 70% of divorces are filed by women.
HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT TO BE TRUE? These are the facts that we DO know. Rush Limbaugh abused drugs for many years and is a workaholic. I LOVE RUSH, please don't get me wrong. But he doesn't seem like good marriage material. 10 years is a long time. We do not know her side of the story and quite frankly, I hope we never do. I wish them both well and I hope both find happiness after divorce.
As long as he keeps showing up everyday on the radio I will happy.
I always thought she was odd. First she dragged him to Florida, then she probably made him try to lose weight which may have caused him to start the pills.
Remember when she started her own magazine called Vent? It must have been a flop because I never heard him mention it again.
