I honestly don't think Michael Moore can influence public opinion any further than those liberals that need a regular fix of despair.
We've witnessed these last few days what the vast majority of America respects and admires: an optimist, not a pessimist - confidence and hope, not doubt and despondence.
In other words, Americans are most receptive to the message of Ronald Reagan, not misery-peddlers like Michael Moore.

If only that were the case. Unfortunately it takes someone as extraordinary as Reagan to overcome the rant of "the world is over" from Moore and his ilk.
