At the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC hangs a banner that reads good-bye to former President Ronald Wilson Reagan. The image on the banner was taken during a state visit to Ottawa in March of 1981, when he met with former Prime Minister Trudeau and addressed the Canadian Parliament.
