I saw her trying to get him to hold it "right". The man holding the umbrella looks so young!
The man that escorted Nancy all week had a tough job, did a wonderful job. I saw he and Nancy talking a bit today. She looked glad to have the support. She looks soooo fragile, so I was glad he looked like he could hold her up if he needed to.
IIRC, umbrellas are not part of the uniform. He's probably genuinely out-of-practice.
