If your cable comes back on tonight, CPAN is rerunning the ceremony at 7:30 pm EDT I don't see that on today's C-SPAN schedule: C-SPAN.org
Schedule says: Motorcade to Private Service at Reagan Library at 8pm EDT. Perhaps it will be run on C-SPAN2? (8:05pm EDT is "TBA")
