What is with this Danforth dude? He needs to stop politicizing this, talking about the war. It's a disgrace to have this man presiding at Reagan's funeral.

War is part of the darkness.

On the contrary, Danforth was the perfect choice, and his words were exactly what we needed to hear.

I was dubious at the choice, at first...but it was a wonderful homily...all the various references to "light" were just the perfect thing to say...

"Amazing Grace"...that always brings a tear, despite it's such a positive text...so appropriate here...

Did anyone else happen to see Nancy back at the Capital? It was so touching, the way she was patting the coffin amd I could see her telling "Ronnie" something like "we're going to go to the church now, and then we're going home..."

Now "Sing with All the Saints in Glory"...Ode to Joy tune...everyone is singing...the organ is magnificent...and indeed, "saints in glory"...along with Baroness Thatcher's "trumpets on the other side"...

How fitting this all is.
