That is a stoned look. That's the "stoned look" for most people who get stoned. For him (whose name I won't speak) it's the "this isn't all about me, so why do I have to be here?" look.
Never saw it in a mirror. Never been stoned in my life. Unfortunately I've seen that look in others, over the years, up close and personal---and sooner or later, tragic.
It's unmistakeable. Clinton was not snoozing there.
