Bill Clinton is definitely having trouble staying awake. When somebody sits there, weaving in their seat, their eyelids fluttering, half closed, that to me is somebody having trouble staying awake. And the old-timers, even Mrs. Reagan put him to shame.
Clinton's "solemnity" is feinged. ......just as sure as your self-rigteousness is real.
