Cliff is a Vietnam Veteran(Forward observer type, I think) but with no obvious signs of Agent Orange exposure, MA in History,successful small businessman, good dad, world traveler, bon vivante, raconteur, and benign local eccentric(except when the elk eat his apple trees, he becomes less benign). He lives where he has a good view of the night sky. I think he has adequately ruled out his sightings as being swamp gas reflecting the light of Venus on power lines. I keep telling him that they will get him if he keeps on with this BS, but no....(lame humor off)
