It is possible that it fell into the ocean, I do not think that one article was enough to really do anything more than assume... Has there been any more information regardint the story?
I haven't seen any more reports but haven't searched. Still all wound up in my loom attachment project.
It appears things are either less dramatic than postulated or delayed or not a problem at all.
