Alot of dignataries are now showing up to pay respects. McCain, Guiliani, Gorby, Karzai, etc.
Cspan has live coverage. Bush expected at 7 but could be earlier? He is then going to visit with Mrs. Reagan.

The first to see Bill Clinton lying in state will probably be a group of Hooter's girls.

They said it had a curiously relaxing effect on them, we didn't want to turn it off. Just amazing. It does, I don't either. It is!

I've been recording the CSpan feed for a while now..while I was at lunch and running errands; file size is up to around 220mb, can let it get up to 650mb or so and put it on CD for archiving.

Did anyone spot hillary in the Rotunda yesterday? I kept looking but didn't see her
I hope they won't drag chelsea to the Friday service taking up a seat that others who loved President Reagan could use.

You do know now, that x42 is at this very minute dreaming up a plan to out-do this monumentous event when his time comes.

I agree. I've been over at the Yahoo slide show saving many of their pictures to CD.
Vice President Cheney reminded me of something that President Reagan always knew (wise mom) that things happen for a purpose and I have been contemplating the purpose of his death at this time. He lived a very long time with his disease and most don't live that long. Providence and Divine Intervention, I believe.

When did people start to exclude babies from everythiing important. Usually it is a bride who cannot tolerate a child at her wedding. But I think babies ought to be at every important occasion, cooing and giglling and yelling. Damn, I like babies.

I seriously doubt it. If he was, then did he treat his own brother this disrespectfully??
To: Neets
I thought of that yesterday, when I heard he hadn't turned in his own funeral plans. Apparently, as with everything, they're late, too.
