Present and past opposition. Tony Blair said, shortly after Dubya's election, that he liked talking to Dubya because he could trust what he said, unlike Clinton. And of course, NOBODY knows what Kerry means.

I have to say that those heads of state at Sea Isle seemed unusually happy about something.

A follow up question if you please Miss kitkat. By "nobody knows what Kerry means" do you mean to include Sen. Kerry as well?
