It depends on what you mean by "mess up." I like W a lot, am glad to support him... but let's not kid ourselves: he's not a great speaker. I've often thought, "Dang, if I'd written that line, I'd be cringing at his delivery." Not knocking the man, he can do a thousand things I can't.
But a great speaker he's not.
At least with him, you'll be able to know he believes what he's saying.

I don't get this! I've seen a lot of comments posted along these lines. I just don't agree. Bush has delivered some of the best speechs I've witnessed in my life time, certainly on a par with those of Reagan's better days. It seems that people today can't remember what happened yesterday anymore, let alone what happened last year, or even a decade ago!
There are too many people hear on the Freeper boards who've bought the bullshit that they constantly hear from the leftist media about our harried and decent president. He can't even get a break from his own supporters!!!
