No it didn't. According to the linked article, the number who said they wouldn't vote for Kerry under any circumstances was 39%, same as for Bush.

But that being said, Bush will get between 52%-56% of the vote and between 340-420 electoral votes.

You're right, what I meant to say is that only 49% would consider voting for Kerry according to the poll, while 56% would consider voting for Bush. As if Ralph nader doesn't further complicate the issue for Kerry, one must remember that Democrats need a higher tide of support than Republicans in order to overcome the electoral disadvantage from their support being spread over fewer states.
