I just can't wait for the debates. Kerry is about as charismatic as Gore.

And while Bush kicked Gore's butt in those 2000 debates, Bush's speaking abilities have improved greatly since then. He ought to wipe up the floor with Kerry.

"And while Bush kicked Gore's butt in those 2000 debates"

The funny thing is that the Democrats still underestimate him.

In the last couple of weeks I saw Bush's extended Q&A with the press corps at a White House speech, and then his speech at the Air Force Academy graduation. I am convinced the Left actually belives their own agitprop about Bush, and are misunderestimating him. Bush will do very well in debates against Kerry.

I hope with all hope Kerry displays his arrogance. I really believe Gore's huffing in the microphone at the debates cost him the job. Arrogance is the most unseemly trait. Nobody on this earth wants to be made to feel beneath another.

I cannot wait to see what Saturday Night Live does with this year's debates. That show came back from the dead with the 2000 debates.
