That horse is name Sgt York. He is a thoroughbred race horse who started this duty once his raciog days were finished.

He's a standardbred pacer.... off the track.

Sgt. York is getting a bit toey out there. I wonder if they did a run thru with him on pavement in the last few days. Race horses aren't used to pavement.
