there will be. lots of african americans will come out for Clinton, organized labor, municipal workers, all the Dem voting blocks. it may not be spontaneous, but it will be well organized, they will ship people in if they have to - they can come up with 100,000 Dem mourners as fast as they can come up with 100,000 votes from dead people.
