It was mentioned (I think yesterday) on Rush that Clinton has not filed. Rush was discussing a print news story that treated the Reagan family's planning role as some sort of power grab. Clinton hasn't filed, I'm sure, because he looks in the mirror and thinks, "How could God ever let something that good looking kick the bucket?"
