Yes he did exist on our screens for years. He made some bad taste cartoons about 9/11, and the Pat Tillman insult strips.
We may not want to mess with Rall as he seems capable of time travel. He mentioned on H&C what a sap he thought Tillman was for getting killed by our guys. This was to defend his despicable cartoon. Only problem is he wrote the ridiculous strip way before we all ( Rall included ) knew that Tillman was killed by friendly fire.

Friendly fire is one of the risks you take when you defend your country. Rall is one of the new age liberal bred, everything is equally good pussies where just having a response is good enough. So in his pea brain, that's good enough to qualify as a cogent thought.
