The progress our troops have made in Iraq is unmatched in history. Our Press has refused to report it, but that doesn't make it not so. It was just 14 months ago when our troops entered Baghdad and pulled down the statue of Saddam from Baghdad Square. It was just 13 moths and 67 days since President George W. Bush said major combat was over after landing on the Carrier U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln.
Since then, we have seen the transformation of a nation of brutalized people who have never known liberty or justice, in the shortest time in the history of warfare. These are facts, and they're undeniable. No matter how much or how long the Liberals wring their hands, We are witnessing history in the making in the Middle East, and it's the vision of George W. Bush that gave birth to it, and it's the conviction of George W. Bush that will see it through
