Kerry's going to be at the functions in DC, isn't he? He has no excuse for doing this, especially in light of the incredibly derogatory comments he's made about Pres. Reagan in the past.

My thoughts exactly... doesn't Senator Kerry expect to be in D.C. sometime soon? Wouldn't he pay his respects there, as most Senators would? Or isn't that special enough?
