I don't know who he thought would be impressed by an act that is so transparently desgined for political gain but this will backfire on him.

I certainly don't like Kerry, but I think it's appropriate that he visited the ceremony.

But that doesn't excuse his shameless grandstanding. Of course, he's not going to wait in line like everyone else, but bringing his own cameraman?
