UPDATE???

I'm listening to the Dennis Prager radio program ere in L.A. It's now 11:00 AM and the host said to hear Dennis speak live, go here:

The regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors are held every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. On Tuesdays following a Monday holiday the meetings begin at 1:00 p.m. To view the live broadcast download the Windows Media Player.

Here's another update for you:

Dennis called in at 11:30 AM. He said that approximately 2000 people showed up at the rally with approx. 750 inside at the meeting. He recorded what he said and will play it on the air tomorrow morning. The board of supervisors were amazed at the turn-out. Ha!!

RALLY UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!

Crowd estimated at 1500 by the LA County Safety Police.

1/4 of the crowd estimated to be Jews, per Dennis Prager.

Conclusion...Very successful!!!!!

I got there about 7:00. Dennis and his producer arrived about 8:00. The crowd extended down street from the corner of Grand and Temple in front of the Hall of Administration Building....so many people that some went to the other side by the Cathedral. Many people just showed up. I had made 8 signs and 7 of them landed in the hands of other supporters. Some people would drive around the block with signs and flags attached to their cars and honk as they passed by. I heard only one woman on a bicycle and saw one driver giving a hand signal in dissent! Otherwise, once the passersby realized what the cause was they would show support.

Highlights: A female Cantor leading a group (multi race, creed, color, religion) marching up and down the street singing "God Bless America"!!!

750 seats in the Board of Supervisors' Board room were FILLED with protesters while hundreds kept demonstrating outside.

HONKING CARS: including police, sheriffs, safety police, fire departments, various county employees, and a very loud Coca Cola semi!!!!!
