How can our state capitol be in Sacramento? (Deriving its name from the Blessed Sacrament?) How can we have dozens of cities and thousands of streets in this state named for Saints? Where will this end?
And why is the pagan Roman goddess Pomona OK with the ACLU, but not a tiny cross many times smaller than the goddess?
You know what's really sad? This meeting tomorrow will be held right next to the Catholic Cathedral.. and yet I bet Cardinal Mahony will not even show up and make an appearance; won't use his position to influence & 'pressure' the board members to do the right thing.
