The guy in SF says that Stephen King killed John Lennon. He used to get on the local talk shows , start out norml and then go into his delusions. All of the stations now have his number in the computer, so he can't get through from home. If you are "lucky" you might see his van with all kinds of conspiracy stuff painted on it driving around SF.
There's a middle aged Asian man that shows up at protests with a sign about "12 galaxies" something or other.
