I saw one post in DU saying the Regans deserve everything because Regan killed thousands of Americans with his cutbacks. Thousands were starved to death.
For people to use such hate and vitriol in the probable death of such a wonderful man says so much about them. They have a visceral,sick hatred with no real reason for it. It is very unhealthy for your body to be so full of hate,and it will come back to haunt them, Their wives,husbands,children,and friends all are damaged by this hate. The hate touches their whole life in one way or another,and will begin to eat them from inside. God Bless Ronald Reagan,my favorite President of all time. I will never forget Reagan as President. I grew up with him, and he made me feel more safe and proud to be an American. I couldn't wait to cast my first vote when I turned 18. I wish Reagan could have run for a third term...
These people are just hateful, ugly, dreadful little people. They have nothing but contempt for all things good and decent. There are times I think that they can't really be that awful, then I read stuff like this and it breaks my heart as well as outrages me. WARNING! opening that link WILL cause your blood to boil. I was indeed correct.
My grandfather died last year at 90. He was in a coma for 2 days before his death as we all gathered together at his room. The night before he died he amazingly came out of his coma. He had a hard time talking but he would point to each of us to come over and give him a hug and a kiss and then he would point to the next one. When we had finished he waved goodbye to all of us and blew us a kiss. He died a few hours later. My wife called it a miracle.
I love Ronald Reagan almost as much as my grandfather. I wish he could slip the surley bonds of his disease to say goodbye to his family.
