Hollywood sources tell LA Weekly columnist Nikki Finke that former President Ronald Reagan's medical condition has suddenly worsened. "He really took a downslide today," the insider told Finke Friday evening. "Doctors are at the house. Things aren't good." At the start of the day, several news organizations chased down a rumor that the ex-president had died, but it wasn't true... Family members gathered at the Reagan's Bel Air home late Friday... Developing...
Oh my God.....Oh my God. I am speechless.
I accept full responsibility for my intake of Maker's Mark ... Where did that shot glass go?!
Yeah I hear about that story
You got remember Reagan start out in Hollywood was known fact he became buddies with Hollywood publicist folks at Warner Bros so they probably taught him any PR is good PR even bad one
"Strong man. Inner strength because he had core beliefs."
And he was/is despised by the left for those very reasons.
[not unlike someone else we all know]
Couldn't have said it better. Thanks.
I don't know either but the family deserves a rest too. God Bless them all.

"My fellow Americans, I have recently been told that I am one of the millions of Americans who will be afflicted with Alzheimer's disease.
Upon learning this news, Nancy and I had to decide whether as private citizens we would keep this a private matter or whether we would make this news known in a public way. In the past, Nancy suffered from breast cancer and I had my cancer surgeries. We found through our open disclosures we were able to raise public awareness. We were happy that as a result, many more people underwent testing. They were treated in early stages and able to return to normal, healthy lives.
So now we feel it is important to share it with you. In opening our hearts, we hope this might promote greater awareness of this condition. Perhaps it will encourage a clearer understanding of the individuals and families who are affected by it.
At the moment I feel just fine. I intend to live the remainder of the years God gives me on this Earth doing the things I have always done. I will continue to share life's journey with my beloved Nancy and my family. I plan to enjoy the great outdoors and stay in touch with my friends and supporters.
Unfortunately, as Alzheimer's disease progresses, the family often bears a heavy burden. I only wish there was some way I could spare Nancy from this painful experience. When the time comes, I am confident that with your help she will face it with faith and courage. In closing, let me thank you, the American people, for giving me the great honor of allowing me to serve as your president. When the Lord calls me home, whenever that day may be, I will leave with the greatest love for this country of ours and eternal optimism for its future.
I now begin the journey that will lead me into the sunset of my life. I know that for America there will always be a bright dawn ahead.
Thank you, my friends. May God always bless you."

That's perfect, Mike.
Sad, sad news, but it has been hard for his family.
My thoughts are with them, and my heart is filled with gratitude for this wonderful man who changed the world, and not only made the Shining City on the Hill safer, but also saved the surrounding low-lands (Europe) - one would pray that the Europeans remember this, but let's not wish for the impossible.

"I accept full responsibility"
The hallmark of a conservative...;)
Great stuff.
Thanks for the post. Great stuff, indeed. It's been said that man reveal their true character in life's small moments. There is a brilliant constellation of these small moments from Reagan's life that will forever brighten the heavens.
Great pix!
God Bless Ronnie
Roselyn Carter: "The Reagans make us all feel comfortable with our prejudices."
I'll never forgive the witch for saying that. She never apologized for that.
A beautiful ship and as fitting a tribute to President Reagan as there could be. Long may she serve.
Thank you and I hope you don't have to go thru the same thing. It does humble you...
They're perfect.
This thread is devoted to RWR.
The pics are perfect.
Perish the thought! They are wonderful images.
