I agree with keeping the vermin out of our military, but as far as the 'noids not killing each other, that didn't seem to get much traction during the Iran-Iraq war.

14 months in prison sounds pretty soft to me. People will have a choice in fighting in a war or stay 14 months in prison. You may get a bad conduct discharge, but the politically correct crowd will say your a victim, help you to get financial aid to go through school and help you get a federal job somewhere.
