I did not know how to reply to everyone so I hope that everyone that has posted reads this:
Thank you so much.
Thank you for your words of comfort and encouragement.
Thank you for prayers.
Thank you for all those who have served, continue to serve, and those who truly support our troops and what they are fighting.
I am deeply hearten by the comfort that there are Americans out there that understand the cost of our freedom and I am so grateful to have found this website and a place where I can relate and feel like I belong.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Thank YOU for posting this. Thanks to your brother from the bottom of my heart. He IS An American Hero! He gave his life so that we can be free. God Bless
It is we who should be thanking you, for honoring us by your presence here.
A big welcome aboard.
It is our duty to live each day aware of these sacrifices and those ennobled by them with prayerful gratitude.
Please convey to your family that there is a nation of people in prayer with them during this time of trial and remembrance.
God Bless
Thank you for posting this e-mail and telling us about your brother. He is, indeed, a hero. You and your family will be in my prayers, for the loss of such a man is great. God bless you all.
Have just read this post pinged from GRPL. I was meditating on the enormity of President Reagan's life and the lament of David for King Saul and Jonathan his friend. They died in battle also. The lament ends with " how the mighty have fallen and the weapons of war persished!". I trust in a most kind and omnipotent God that he will bring this thought also to mind for you. Your brother, a warrior, believed in his duty and purpose. The weapons of war have now perished forever for him and in God's time will also for the people he died to free.
