I agree. He spoke at a GOP event here a few years ago, and when a radio reporter asked a question he didn't like, he went nuts.

I'm glad you got to see what I saw.

People here don't like McCain for political reasons, but once you've seen him in person, off camera, you never forget just how close to the edge he is.

I don't say this with any personal animosity and actually feel sorry for McCain. His horrible experience after years in captivity have clearly damaged his psyche and mental stability, as it would most of us.
