RINO's are an annoyance, but they serve a valid puropose: they occupy politial constituancies that would otherwise be represented by a leftist 'Rat.
at this point Specter's purpose is to be a R warm body.
Now comes crunch time for specter. He WILL piss off voters if he votes against the FMA or makes an idiotic effort to refer to scotish law.
