Dearie, when I went to school 60 was a failing grade. At 43, Specter fails miserably, but in this 'school of hard knocks' I don't want him to repeat the 'grade'. I don't want to promote him to a higher 'grade'. I want him flunked out of 'school'.
And in Rayworld a grade of 8(for Hillary backed Hoeffel) is an A+.
