can we estimate how Liberal Specter, or Conservative Kyl, will direct judicial voting as SJCC?

I'd rather have Kyl than Specter, but I'd rather have Specter chairing the Committee than Leahy chairing the committee and Kyl being ranking minority member.
Losing majority status DOES matter, and the fact that you guys don't understand or care about that makes you a pathetic joke.
This drive to unseat Specter in order to position Kyl for the SJC chairmanship is perhaps the dumbest thing I've seen in political discourse in years.
