Do you understand the difference between the following and the significance of the differences?

1] The office of the president - held by one man.

2] The office of a senator - 2 from each state and 100 in all.

3] The chairman of a committee - 1 vote of only 15 to 20

It's about the relative power of the person holding each office and Hoeffel as the least of these will be in the least position to do harm to our country.
