Where are you seeing the reference to intercepted phone calls?

Chatter simply means that there have multiple posts on multiple forums on the same topic. But then again, one needs to consider where the reference to chatter is coming from to determine its credibility.

I didn't see a reference to intercepted phone calls. I thought perhaps the CIA could listen in, or something James Bond-ish like that. Wishful thinking on my part.
