I have no desire to go to China. I'd like to see some of the architecture but wouldn't go due to the political situations.
The people are precious. Still, at that time, a LOT of appreciation for intangibles in relationships. Appreciating teaching one something; a gift of time etc.
But the government is soooooo corrupt and tyrannical. I was glad to go to Taiwan.
Also, the coal dust on the Mainland was REAL hard on my pneumonia compromised lungs.
I could imagine going back. Though my pronouncements hereon could end me up in a very . . . torturous situation in more ways than one! I've said so many things, it should be easy for them to filter out who I am in their files.
