Ok guys, please bear with me. I am trying to recall a few things from the late '90s to early 2000 or so with my rusty memory. Wasn't there some kind of debacle caused by Fr. Malachi Martin's website after his death? The person operating it was forced to take it down for some reason and there were conspiracy theories about it?
And then there was Kathleen Keating's pre-Y2K visits to the Art Bell show (I have never listened but I can always find out what is happening on them) where she spoke of her friendship with Malachi and of knowing who the antichrist was...in fact, he had visited her at her home. He is a Hollywood person or something? I remember thinking she is crazy or maybe it is Steven Segal.
Anyway, what ever became of Keating? She sold her book but was she a fake otherwise? And does anyone remember why Bell stopped his radio show awhile back...threats? And is it he who wrote the The Day After Tomorrow screenplay?
I'm way out of the loop on this one. I don't even know who Kathleen Keating is.
(But, I'll probably have to hunt down the information. Now that I'm curious. LOL)
The stuff about the website is right as I remember it. Someone was trying to override Father Martin on his web site. As to why Bell left last time...The reason given was that he had severe back problems and could not do the show.
The first time he left had to due with an attack on his son.
I subscribed to Kathleen Keating's newsletter a year or 3 ago. I don't think she's phoney. I think she puts a LOT more stock in Roman saints et al than I would.
But she's a great collector of puzzle pieces.
My understanding is that the AC is European but he'll have to fit all the Messiah prophecies to convince the Jews that the's their Messiah. There are pics on the net of the one many people supposedly in the know assert to be the AC. I don't like to 'go there.' I don't think the AC has been to Keating's home. I believe she's either seen pics or seen him at some large meeting somewhere.
I think she's been ill the last several months. And, her website seems to be in some sort of transition with a lot of links not working. Supposedly it is being put on a new server.
I think she's probably mostly on about the 3 days of darkness. Though I wouldn't put a lot of stock in the holy water, medals etc.
I would in The Lord's Supper and then anointing the door posts and window frames with the wine/juice/Blood of The Lord as in Exodus more or less. Have done that for years anyway.
Mostly I appreciate her sincerity; her faith in The Lord; her connections and her diligent collection of puzzle pieces.
