I have my partially read copy of Windswept House still on a bookshelf. I bought it right after Malachi died. I found it frightening as I finally began reading it in late August of 2001... then 911 happened and I never picked it up again. I should really make the time to read it since I have now had it a number of years!

Yes, it is said that Malachi was pushed down the stairs - after he had been beaten.
I still hear callers say that they don't think it was all natural.
I don't know about stairs, but he said "I was Pushed". He started to recover from that and then suddendly poof...He was gone. He was writting a book that was to be a real tell all about some things. My guess is that someone did not take that too well. Here is a guy who worked very close to a past pope and had read the 3rd secret years ago. Now I don't believe most people when they say "I read this" or "I know that", but I do believe this guy was the real thing, And was not making up anything.
Supposedly Fr. Martin on his death bed said he was pushed according to some freepers on the religious forum. Reading his writings, St.Padre Pio's, Fr. Groeschel's and Michael O'Brien's books and rcf has helped me filter much and develope a perspective out of the confusion.
