The message was posted by an individual with a history of providing credible information regarding the activities of Al Qaeda in Saudi Arabia. The group, Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (or Arabian Island) is the same group that has conducted recent attacks on oil facilities in Yanbu and on the Oasis Residential Complex in Saudi Arabia.

Yes, this threat is specific to Saudi Arabia.

They will attempt major hits there. Of course that does not mean they will not attempt any attacks in the US. Just stating that this threat is SA specific.
