Ruth, I can think of two valid, but simple reasons, our ships are at sea:

1. our protection
2. their protection
3. dodging asteroids

Okay, that's three.....I'm blonde and can't count. :)

I'll buy #1 & #2.

#3 I will pass on, I am white haired and know that if an
asteroid wants you, it will find you.

Keep in mind that in this life, you can only be hit by an asteroid once.

Then if you didn't accept it gracefully, wellll, God may sent you back to be hit again, until you learn to do it right............LOL

When you get a bit older, you will realize that death is so close, the next breath counts, if it happens at all.

Asteroids mean nothing to me. Being burned, sprayed, shot or whatever, does get my attention.

My fear is for the ones who will remain on this earth.

I didn't get to wish you a Happy Birthday and think that the hubbie needs to help you celebrate it at least once a week.

All you have to do is tell him you are a blonde, and don't recall the last one.

Can't count, now that is a good excuse for getting younger every year.
