FWIW, here's what I do to reduce the stress:
1) Trust in the Lord and pray
2) Prepare
3) Plan
4) Cold beer or wine or booze
5) Camping/Hunting

It's good to monitor this thread, but everyone needs a break now and again. That's why I camp so much these days. It gets me away from all the very worrisome information (just for a little while). If anything happens while I'm camping, I'm already where I need to be...in the woods.

Just find a way to forget about it for a few minutes. Works wonders for me. Liz has the right idea, just step away for a bit, but not too long 'cause we need you both here on the TM!
