"Buried by the media is, amongst other things, most everything good about our country. The medias agenda to devalue to our resolve, make us feel badly about who we are, disrupt the democratic process and limit our ability to freely form opinions based on un-doctored fact, is obvious. Khrushchevs philosophy is living within the very media outlets given the privilege of keeping us informed. The messenger may be different, but the message is sure the same."
And they are doing it very deliberately.

Yep, the liberal media are guilty of treason, and yet hide under the guise of tolerance. I have turned it off forever and now use the internet and Rush Limbaugh as my sole source for news.

This will not be a close election, as the media keep telling us. That at least will be the silver lining. A surprising number of the people see through a surprising amount of this media falsification.

The media may be doing us a favor, by being so transparently crooked, that 04 will see a huge landslide with major control numbers going to GOP in Congress. They could be JfngK's biggest nightmare.

Khrushchevs statement was really meant to serve as a psychological weapon, designed to lessen the will and resolve of the American people. It did not work then...
Well actually it did. That was about the time the Anti-American crowd in the democrat party really started gaining ground.

In my recollection going back to high school, and including college, every journalism major I met was an outsider, usually effiminate misfit, usually humorless and very much NOT mainstream. Never knew a journalism major who played any sports, nor did they socialize very much. Always seemed to be lurking on the fringe. Also, reading about any event that I attended personnaly I could not tell from the written account that it was even the same event.
Anyone else have the same perceptions?

Media has gone WAY too far. I was at a wedding yesterday and everyone was talking about it. When the media bias becomes to topic of conversation among ordinary Americans they've really messed up. Fine by me, I just tell them about the internet, the Iraqi blogs, and the CENTCOM press briefings that the press ignores but they can access easily. Pretty soon the media is going to bias themselves right out of business.
