I wouldn't say that unless you equate Muslim lifestyle with Iranian civilization. The Persian Empire and adjoining regions used to be quite advanced. Islam has regressed the cultures in those areas back to the stone age.
The U.S. has war plans for the invasion and destruction of every nation on Earth. Developing those plans is what the various operations staffs do. There are surely plans for war with Iran that include contingencies for the use of nuclear weapons. My question was intended to be a cryptic reminder of our ability to devastate Iran in the event of war.
It was not my intent to equate Iranian civilization with Islam. Although distinguishing between the two is becoming more difficult due to their theocratic government.
