This was known long ago and did not stop the Judge's decision to proceed. This is probably a defense move to cloud the water.

It was not introduced into evidence long ago. It was asserted by the defense.

Cloud the water is an understatement. She had sex after she was allegedly raped? How can anyone determine the source of her "injuries?" Then she lied about it to police. There goes her credebility. Her lawyer was repeating the lie just a mere month ago. Not to mention she is covered with jiz from a key prosecution witness.

I think the Prosecutor is the one "clouding the water".

From the article:

Prosecutors have said that DNA from someone other than Bryant was found on the underwear the woman wore when she went to the hospital and was the result of mistakenly putting on soiled underwear that had DNA from an earlier sexual episode.

However, the DNA sample taken from her body could refute that line of thinking.

End article.

This girl has probably got some guys DNA on every piece of clothing she owns.
