To say that "blacks" have to solve this problem is to allow the Jesse Jackson "black community" nonsense to prevail. There is no way in the world that my (middle-class) black friends are to be held accountable to solve the problems of "black yoots" any more than I can be held responsible for the helpless, hopeless, white losers. To say that "blacks" have to solve this problem is accurate in the sense that it is their problem to solve. Ultimately the responsibility for solving behavioral problems must fall upon the person who has the problem. No one else can do it for you.
