In the FBI, they'd call that a clue! This woman is probably lying, because I don't see how any woman who was REALLY raped could engage in sex within hours of said rape.
To add to that point, although it is up to the judge to dismiss the case or send it on to trial...let me say this. My best friend of almost 30 years was married 13 years ago. Of course, I was his best man, and my partner/escort was the bride's maid of honor. She was a wonderful woman, really nice, loved God, chaste, was waiting for her wedding day before having sex.
Three years later, my best friend and his wife told me that she had been raped, for a much longer time than was alleged to have happened by Bryant (hours vs. minutes). It almost destroyed her, so much to the point that even my friends haven't heard from her in years. I don't know, but perhaps only her faith kept her alive.
I will grant, the expressed behavior of this woman, and the reaction of my friends' friend, are polar opposites. I just contend, based on the above story, that it seems weird to have been raped, certainly as traumatic an experience for a woman as exists in the world, and then has sex with ANYONE else just hours later. JMHO.
I don't care what her particular mental health lament is, she should do time if she has falsely accused this man of Rape. It is a heinous thing to do, and I'll grant her insanity defense when she can prove to me that she thought she was screwing in a light bulb when she agreed to the sex. Short of that, if I were the judge, I'd be looking into proceedings against her.
