Yeah when confronted with real people dying because of these terrorists a few questions bubble to the top.

How would we suggest we get information from the terrorists, like the ones that are threatening a big event this summer. Let's say we know they are planning an attack with that 'old' sarin gas. Just don't know where, when, or how. What should we do with the capturer terrorists?

What should we do with the guy we just caught, so our troops don't have to die? Panties on his head too much for you? Dog doo too much? Posing naked too much? OK, well exactly what would be just right. Since this guy may know how we can prevent some of our troops from being killed, it brings up a very interesting problem, does it not.

It does indeed..
the A-G prison scandal is certainly much more than improper interrogation procedures. But to answer your question, there is almost no limit to what should be done in the case of these terrorists to acquire information..
IMO.

I'm reminded of the officer that was put on display because he fired a weapon next to a prisoner's head in an effort to extract critical intel. I have no problem with what he did..in fact, I commend him.
