Yep. She reminds me of a pro who moved into a house where I was a longtime renter. Once my landlord realized what she was about (after about a week), he enlisted my help in getting her out. He lied, and told her he'd rented her place out from under her. He was afraid that if he told her the truth, she'd come back and burn the place down.
BTW, did you take a look at any of her blog entries? Like, vapid. Valley girl with a gutter mouth. She is incapable of writing a book or anything else. It would have to be ghosted for her.
